Michael Grover is a Project Manager in NIBIB's Office of Administrative Management, where he applies 30 years of versatile career experience in performance improvement. He has implemented process improvement solutions in healthcare, finance, publishing, energy, and manufacturing. Grover brings a focus in areas such as strategic transformation, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, change management, innovation leadership, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
