Biography

Jonathan Griffin is a science writer and media liaison at the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering, where he tells stories about and disseminates research the institute conducts and supports. During graduate school, he transitioned from engineering to science communication and has since written for the American Geophysical Union, American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and the National Institute of Standards and Technology. If you catch him during his off-hours, you may find him sketching or cruising on a skateboard.
